This apartment is situated in a building with a shared garden. It features a spacious living room with a dining area and a lounge, which includes a sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. The equipped kitchen opens up to the living room, and there is a hallway leading to the bedroom, which has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The bathroom and separate toilet have windows for natural light and ventilation. The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. Please note that the rental is available only on a weekly basis. The price ranges from 350 to 550 per week, depending on the season. This includes the cost of local taxes, beds prepared before your arrival, and the provision of bathroom and kitchen linens. If needed, we can also provide a baby cot, high chair, and bath.

Directions

You can access the destination through four North/South routes (Saint Malo/Rennes). It is also possible to arrive by TGV directly from Paris Montparnasse. When you are nearing the destination, go towards Saint Servan center, then head towards Solidor tower. The street you are looking for, Glorioux, is located 300 meters to the left of Solidor tower.
