Welcome to "BEACH WALK" House, a charming accommodation just 100m away from the sandy beach, ideal for 2 to 6 people. With its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the lighthouse Eckmühl from the 3 bedrooms. The house features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 160 separated into 2x80) and a large bathroom with a shower, bath, and 2 washbasins. Additionally, there are 2 toilets, a garage, and a courtyard for your convenience.

The property offers various amenities for your enjoyment, including an enclosed garden with an electric gate, a terrace with garden furniture and chairs, a barbecue, and a garage. If you are traveling with a baby, we have you covered with our baby equipment. Stay connected with our internet access.

Don't miss the opportunity to witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the catch of the day at Guilvinec. Indulge in delicious seafood delicacies such as lobsters, crabs, and fish, as well as the famous crepes.

All the necessary shops are conveniently located just 800m away from the house. You can easily walk to the market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, and we provide a market trolley for your convenience.

The rental prices range from 220 to 900 per week (excluding charges). Here are the rates for different seasons: off-season (peak period) 220 / 260 per week, school holidays (except summer) 350 per week, June & September 350/375/400 per week, and summer 2024 (July/August) 750/850/900 per week with a minimum booking of 2 weeks. We also have availability in another house located 150m from the sea, offering affordable rates starting from 220 to 280 per week in the off-season.
