I am offering 4 charmingly renovated bedrooms for rent in a cottage. These rooms are available for rent only during the weekdays, from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with a minimum rental period of 4 nights. Please note that the rooms are not available on weekends or during school holidays, as the entire house is rented out during those periods.

The rental price decreases based on the number of nights booked.

This beautiful stone farmhouse is located in Mégrit, which is close to Dinan, Lamballe, and Saint-Brieuc. There are convenient shops nearby, such as a church square and bakery just 150m away, and a supermarket within 300m (which is open on Sunday mornings). Larger supermarkets can be found 7 km away.

The cottage features 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, each shared between 2 rooms, as well as 2 toilets. The spacious living room and kitchen area includes 3 flat-screen TVs, a comfortable sofa, and WiFi internet access. There is also a lovely fireplace for grilling and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large toaster, and both Senseo and traditional coffee makers. It is well-stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils.

Outside, there is a 35 m2 deck with an electric awning and garden furniture for up to 10 people during the season. Guests can also make use of the barbecue and deck chairs. There are 4 parking spaces available.

There are 3 rooms available for rent at a rate of 35 Euros per night, offering beds measuring either 180 * 200 or 160 * 200. Additionally, there is a smaller fourth room with two beds measuring 140 * 200, available at a rate of 30 Euros per night. The rental price includes bed linen and all charges, and there is no city tax. Each room provides storage space for clothes and a wardrobe.
