Description for Gite

This charming, detached house is situated in the picturesque countryside amidst vineyards and cherry trees. It is available for weekly rentals only, with no option for bed and breakfast. The house offers all modern comforts, including a private swimming pool (8X4) secured by a standard fence, exclusively reserved for tenants and open from 01/05 to 10/10. The house is air-conditioned and has free WIFI. The interior is tastefully decorated and equipped with high-quality amenities.

The house features an integrated kitchen, a Provencal dining room, and a cozy leather living room with a flat-screen TV, CD radio, and DVD player. There are three bedrooms - two with king-sized beds (160 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). Each bedroom is furnished with covers, pillows, and bolsters, as well as bedside tables and spacious closets.

There are two bathrooms in the house - one with a bath, shower, double sinks, and a closet, and another with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. The house also includes a large garage with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and drying rack.

Outside, there is a large covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. The property is not fenced, but small animals are allowed upon request. Baby equipment can also be provided free of charge upon request.

The pool area is a highlight of the property, with its dimensions of 8X4 and enclosed space. It is furnished with comfortable bath chairs and cushions, as well as umbrellas for shade.

The location of the house offers easy access to the nearby village, just 1.5 km away. It can be reached via small country paths, perfect for leisurely walks. During May, guests have the opportunity to taste cherries directly from the onsite orchard. There are also numerous tourist villages within a 10 to 15 km radius, including Bonnieux, Gordes, Roussillon, Rustrel, and its famous Provencal Colorado. Additionally, there are regular Provencal markets nearby, such as Apt on Saturdays, St Saturnin on Tuesdays, Sault on Wednesdays, and Coustellet on Sundays. For nature enthusiasts, there are plenty of hiking trails available in the town of Saint Saturnin.

Overall, this countryside cottage provides a tranquil and comfortable retreat, surrounded by natural beauty and offering easy access to the charms of Provence.

Directions

HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE?

To reach the house, follow these travel directions:

1. Take exit 24 (Châteaurenard, LIsle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt) from the A7 motorway.
2. Turn right towards the direction of Airport, Avignon, Apt, and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 road towards Caumont, LIsle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Apt.
4. Stay on the D900 road and at the next roundabout, take the direction of Worthy, Coustellet, Apt, and Gordes.

Upon reaching Coustellet, there are two possible routes to arrive at the house:

Route 1: Route Apt

1. At Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 road towards Apt at the junction.
2. Pass through the Beaumettes Enlightenment.
3. Upon reaching the entrance of Apt, turn left at the roundabout near the E-Leclerc shopping center.
4. Follow the D943 "Avenue Viaduct" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt, passing through the village.
5. After leaving the village, turn left onto the D2 "Roussillon Route" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, and Roussillon.
6. Continue for 1.2 km, passing a house with large cedars and a chapel at the entrance.
7. Take a left turn and immediately after, turn right onto a small path to reach the country house, located 50 meters ahead.

Route 2: Route Gordes

1. At Coustellet, turn left onto the D2 road towards Imberts at the crossroads.
2. Continue on the D2 road towards Gordes and at the roundabout, proceed straight (do not go up into the village of Gordes) towards Joucas, La Tuilière, and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
3. Before reaching the "straight line" of Joucas, leave the town on the left and continue straight towards La Tuilière and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
4. Pass through the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 road for 4 km, passing the hamlet of Bellots.
5. After 100 meters, turn left onto the second small road to reach the country house.
