Welcome to our charming 19th century house, situated on a medieval site. Since 2017, we have tastefully renovated our bedrooms to offer you a comfortable stay.Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with a double bed (160x200) and can accommodate 1 to 3 single beds. The rooms also include a private bathroom and separate toilet. From the windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the picturesque Agen countryside. Despite our serene location, we are conveniently located less than 15 minutes away from the center of Agen. Additionally, the Sainte Marie de la Garde Monastery is just a 5-minute walk away.
As parents of three children, we have made sure that our house is child-friendly. Activities such as nature walks, egg hunts in our chicken coop, and swimming in our pool are part of our daily routine.
To start your day off right, we offer a delicious breakfast included in the room rate. Our breakfast features local, homemade, and seasonal products and is served in our cozy dining room.
With a deep-rooted connection to the Agenais region and a passion for local culture and history, we would be delighted to guide you on your journey through Lot and Garonne. We are more than happy to share our insider tips and recommendations.
Our rates are as follows:
- €50 per room per night, with an additional charge of €10 per extra person (children in travel cots stay for free).
- €60 per room per night, with an additional charge of €10 per extra person (children in travel cots stay for free) during July and August.
While we do not provide dinner service, we offer a catering service for your convenience.
We welcome animals to our property, as long as they do not climb on the beds and can coexist peacefully with our cats and chickens.

Experience a touch of history in our uniquely themed rooms, each decorated to reflect the rich heritage of our site. Our spacious rooms, ranging from 20 to 25 square meters, offer a comfortable retreat with a separate bathroom, toilet, and ample storage space.For families, we are delighted to accommodate your little ones by providing an additional bed upon request. We are fully equipped to ensure the comfort of young children during their stay.
Each room features a luxurious 160 x 200 bed with crisp sheets, as well as one to three additional beds measuring 90x200. You will also find convenient tables, bedside lamps, and a selection of teas with a kettle for your relaxation. Rest assured, bed linen and towels are included in the price, so you can fully unwind and enjoy your stay.

Accueil très chaleureux. Couple et enfants charmants. Chambre impeccable, très propre, joliment décorée. Repas et PDJ excellents et très bons. Cadre bucolique et calme. A recommander absolument !!! Tellement subjugués, nous avons réglé un peu plus que le prix initial !!!

Starting from Bon Encontre (Lamartines road), take a right turn at the roundabout and continue on the D269 road, passing through Saint Amans. Keep following the road and look for signs indicating "SAINTE MARIE DE LAGARDE." Once you pass the monastery, continue for another 500 meters, and you will find the guest house on the left side, just after a road junction.
