With its rich architectural heritage, renowned gastronomy, and relaxed lifestyle, this region is truly a gem.The gite can accommodate up to 5 people and has been awarded a 3-star prefectural approval. It comprises two rooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds. Additionally, there is an office, a spacious living area (80m2) with an open-plan kitchen and an extra bed, a bathroom, and separate toilets. The gite is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a gas stove, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, color TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system. Child-friendly equipment is also available upon request.
Situated within a 1.7-hectare garden, surrounded by fields and woodland, the gite offers complete privacy and tranquility. Accessible via a private road of approximately 900 meters, its secluded location ensures a peaceful stay. Despite its secluded setting, the gite is conveniently located just 5 km from the main road (N124), providing easy access to the attractions of the Gers region and the vibrant city of Toulouse. Enjoy the coolness of a typical Gers courtyard, relax on the terrace, or take a refreshing dip in the secure 12x6m swimming pool, compliant with NF P90-306 safety standards. Children will delight in the available playground equipment, including a swing and tricycle. Additionally, guests have access to a table tennis table and two bicycles suitable for various terrains.
