Gîte La Tonnelle is a quaint countryside cottage, offering complete privacy as it is attached to the owners' unused house. Situated in the beautiful town of SAINT SATURNIN LES APT, in the heart of the Luberon region in Provence, Vaucluse. This charming cottage comfortably accommodates two guests, with the possibility of accommodating a baby as well (baby equipment available upon request, free of charge). The cottage features a cozy 160 cm bed, with complimentary bed sheets provided and the bed made upon arrival. Enjoy free WI-FI access during your stay. Please note that this accommodation is a standalone cottage, not a guest room.

Welcome to our charming small country cottage in the heart of Provence, located in the picturesque town of Saint Saturnin les Apt. This completely independent cottage, adjoining the owners' house, offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The owners' house is no longer in use, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Perfect for a couple, the cottage can also accommodate a baby, with baby equipment available upon request at no additional cost. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. The cottage is classified as a 2-star furnished accommodation for tourism.

The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a vacuum cleaner, a flat-screen TV, and a complete kitchen set.

Unwind in the cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a small chest of drawers, an armchair, and a storage cupboard. The bed is made upon your arrival for your convenience. Additionally, there is a small relaxation room with two Scandinavian armchairs, a coffee table, and a small storage unit with tasteful decorations. A stand fan is provided for your comfort.

The bathroom includes a shower and a basin, while an independent WC ensures privacy.

Step outside onto the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy meals with garden furniture under the shelter of a green arbor while overlooking the vineyards. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and sun loungers are provided for your relaxation. A carport is also available for your convenience.

For families with a baby, a cot is provided free of charge upon request.

The cottage is conveniently located just 1.5 km from the village, where you can find all necessary shops and amenities.

Nature enthusiasts will delight in the numerous hiking and biking trails that start right from the cottage. Additionally, there are many tourist sites to explore in the surrounding area.

The prices for 2022 are as follows:
- May: 296 euros per week
- June-September: 316 euros per week
- July-August: 376 euros per week

The tourist tax is already included in the price. A refundable deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure, provided no damages are observed.

Optional services include towel rental at 5 euros per person and compulsory end-of-stay cleaning for 40 euros. Pets are not allowed.

In light of the current circumstances, a deposit refund policy is in place in case of COVID-19. Please refer to the owner for further details and conditions.

Directions

DIRECTIONS TO GITE LA TONNELLE:

To reach Gite La Tonnelle, follow these directions:

1. Take exit n° 24 (Châteaurenard, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt) from the A7 motorway.
2. Turn right towards (Airport, Avignon, Apt, and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue).
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards (Caumont, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt).
4. Continue on the D900 and at the roundabout, take the direction of (Dignes, Coustellet, Apt, Gordes).

Upon reaching Coustellet, you have two possible itineraries:

Itinerary n° 1: Route d'Apt
1. At Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 towards Apt at the crossroads.
2. Pass through Beaumettes and Lights.
3. Upon entering Apt, at the roundabout of the E-LECLERC shopping center, turn left.
4. Take the D943 "Avenue du Viaduc" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt, crossing the village.
5. At the end of the village, turn left onto the D2 "Route de Roussillon" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, and Roussillon.
6. After 1.2 km, turn right in front of a house with large cedars and an oratory at the entrance.
7. Pass by the domain of the Andes on your left, make a 50-meter distance, and then turn right onto a small path that leads to the bastide.

Itinerary n° 2: Route de Gordes
1. At Coustellet, turn left onto the D2 towards the Imberts at the crossroads.
2. Continue on the D2 in the direction of Gordes, and at the roundabout, proceed straight ahead (do not enter the village of Gordes).
3. Follow the signs for Joucas, La Tuilière, and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
4. Before reaching Joucas, continue straight on La Tuilière and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
5. Pass through the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 for 4 km, passing the hamlet of the Bellots.
6. After 100 meters, turn onto the second small road on the left to access Gite La Tonnelle.
