This cozy timber frame cottage is nestled among the beautiful oak trees on the elevated slopes of Cahors. The cottage is fully air-conditioned and boasts a comfortable living area, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. It features two bedrooms, one of which has a loft space, with sleeping arrangements including a 1.40m bed, a 0.90m bed, and a bunk bed with two 0.90m beds. The bathroom offers a thermostatic shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. The cottage is equipped with a TV and home theater system, a sofa, a telephone for téléséjour service, and all the necessary amenities for families with babies, including a baby cot. Children will also find plenty of entertainment with the provided games and a porch to play in. Outside, there is a spacious 40m2 terrace for guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The cottage is set on a 1500m2 plot of land, although it is not completely enclosed.
