For stays lasting one week or more, we provide bed linen and towels at no additional cost. However, for shorter stays, there is an optional rental fee of 8E per person for a towel kit and 8E per person for bed linen. Rest assured, if you opt for this rental option, the beds will be made for your arrival.

Regarding electricity usage, we offer a flat rate of 8 KWH per day. Any additional usage beyond this limit will be charged at a rate of 0.50E per kwh, as recorded by the meter at the time of your stay.

Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 800E is required, which will be fully refunded if the condition of the premises is satisfactory. However, if the household requires cleaning, an amount of 160E will be deducted from the deposit for the necessary work.
