Welcome to La Relinquière, a charming bed and breakfast and cottage located in the medieval village of Milhac. Situated in the heart of Lot (46), our property showcases the rich history and terroir of the region. Conveniently located at the crossroads of the main tourist routes of Quercy and Périgord, La Relinquière is the perfect base for exploring the area.

Isabelle and Patrick, the owners, warmly welcome guests to their former farmhouse, built in the late eighteenth century and constructed entirely of Perigord stones. The property has undergone multiple renovations and features a delightful heated pool maintained at a comfortable temperature of 26 to 28 °C.

We offer three charming guest rooms, all classified as 3-star accommodations, with one room located on the ground floor of the main house. Additionally, we have an independent cottage with a living area of approximately 100 m², suitable for 4 to 5 people, also classified as a 3-star accommodation. All guests have access to the swimming pool.

La Relinquière is ideally situated between the Perigord Gourdon in Lot and Sarlat-la-Caneda in Dordogne. Within close proximity, you'll find some of the most famous sites in Quercy and Perigord, such as the Cougnac and Lascaux Caves, the panoramic view of the Dordogne Valley from Domme, the medieval town of Gourdon in Lot, the picturesque village of Laroque-Gageac, and the magnificent castles of Milandes and Castelnaud. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Rocamadour, perched on its rock, and explore the vibrant streets and bustling market of Sarlat.

For nature enthusiasts, the village of Milhac offers numerous footpaths and a climbing site just 2 kilometers away. Cyclists can also enjoy easy access to a nearby bike path that leads to Sarlat.

Welcome to La Relinquière, a charming cottage located in the medieval village of Milhac, nestled between Sarlat and Gourdon in the picturesque regions of Le Quercy and Perigord. This beautifully restored farmhouse captures the essence of the region and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The cottage, a separate building dating back to the 18th century, has been recently renovated and transformed into a comfortable living space spanning approximately 100m² over two levels.

On the first level, you will find a cozy living room with a wood stove nestled within a traditional fireplace called a "cantou". The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area overlook a private terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Moving up to the second level, you will discover a spacious games room with a television and a sofa-bed (80 x 190). There is also a generously-sized bedroom furnished with two single beds (90 x 190), which can be converted into a king-size bed (180) upon request.

We provide a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including pre-made beds upon arrival, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, dryer, ironing board, iron, weekly linen changes, and a cot upon request. For entertainment, there is a TV with a DVD player and complimentary WiFi.

After exploring the surrounding area, unwind and cool off in the refreshing swimming pool. The pool opening hours are conveniently displayed in the rental agreement.

Directions

If you are traveling from the northern part of France, you should take the A20 motorway and exit at Souillac. From there, continue on to Le Roc, then Masclat and Milhac.

If you are coming from Toulouse, take the A20 motorway and exit at the first exit for Cahors South. From there, follow the signs for Brive. At the exit for the Bridge of Rhodes, turn left towards St Cirq Souillaguet. Once you reach Gourdon, take the direction towards Sarlat. After passing the ponds, be sure to listen for directions in case of rain. Finally, head towards Milhac.
