Situated approximately twenty km south of Rennes and just a fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes Airport, our location is nestled in a picturesque and verdant landscape. Within a short distance, you will find the charming Vilaine river and its scenic route, adorned with stunning mills, providing a delightful setting for leisurely walks or bike rides. In close proximity, you can also visit the renowned Lohéac racetrack and explore its captivating museum.

We are delighted to offer a spacious guest room with a private entrance. The room is designed as a duplex, with a comfortable 160 bed on the ground floor, complete with TV and Wi-Fi, adjacent to a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is a large room of 40 m2, where you will discover two beds - one 140 and one 90 - creating a generous space that also includes a cozy sitting area and an array of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee, tea, herbal teas, as well as a selection of books and games for children. Additionally, we provide access to informative materials about the region.

As pet lovers ourselves, we welcome your furry companions and invite you to bring them along. Furthermore, we are pleased to offer the use of two mountain bikes, specifically designed for both men and women, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your leisure.

Directions

To reach The Boulay, which is situated 20 km south of Rennes, follow the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. Take the exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and then turn right at the fourth road, located at the center of the horse riding facility. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at the destination (look for signs at the last crossroads).

Alternatively, you can access The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes N 137 axis. Take the Crevin exit and turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 towards Guichen and continue straight for approximately 8 km. Then, turn left towards the Guichen train station. At the train station, turn right towards Guignen on the D 48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m to reach your destination (look for signs at the last crossroads).
