Description:

Description for B&B:

Our residence, previously inhabited by the renowned knight of Arliguie who commanded the citadel of Blaye, truly lives up to its name as a masterful house. It boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, a living room with additional sleeping arrangements, and a charming cottage adjacent to the main house that can accommodate 3 people. Additionally, the property includes a historic cellar spanning over 100 m², all situated on a vast plot of over 2 hectares. Surrounding the property are enchanting woods and picturesque vineyards of Côtes de Blaye.

Once owned by a distinguished General Farmer of the King, this house has recently undergone restoration to recapture its 18th-century allure from its previous refurbishment. The vestibule itself dates back to the 16th century, adding a touch of history to the property. Nestled amidst nature, the property offers a tranquil sanctuary far from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the village of Saint Ciers, just 1 km away, provides convenient access to all necessary shops and amenities. During the summer months, guests can delight in the expansive 12 x 6 m swimming pool, as well as the relaxing jacuzzi and sauna, all set within a stunning environment.
