Located at the foot of Montségur and the Pyrenees, this garden-level apartment is ideal for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (with a ceiling height of 1.95m). Convenient parking is available in front of the house, and the apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.Prices range from 250 to 300 per week, with discounts available for longer stays. The apartment features a living room with a convertible sofa bed (BZ) and a fully equipped kitchen area. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and the bedroom includes a comfortable 160-sized bed. Bedding and sheets are provided.
Outside, there is a covered terrace that opens onto a 900m2 enclosed garden, complete with garden furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. Pets are allowed upon request, and there is also a storage room available for your use.
The Rabautois is located in the hamlet of Rabaute, in the Péreille commune. It is conveniently situated at the entrance of Lavelanet, along the road to Foix. The communal playground, offering basketball, football, and petanque, is just 50m away. The supermarket and Lavelanet are both within 900m of the property.
For those interested in exploring the area, the Cathar castle of Montségur is just 10km away, and the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is a 20km drive. The Rabautois is a perfect base for discovering the rich offerings of the Ariège region, with a wide range of activities and attractions available for both adults and children.
