Bathed in natural light, the house boasts a spacious south-facing terrace, elevated above the treetops. Here, you can revel in breathtaking views, bask in the sun, relax in the spa pool, or indulge in a delightful dinner prepared on the plancha.

With a generous space of 175 square meters, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms with double beds (160×200), a spare bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a large room with four single beds (90×200), and three well-appointed bathrooms (including two Italian showers and one bath).

The expansive living room, which opens onto the terrace, welcomes you with a cozy fireplace and a charming dining area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a triple induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine.
