Welcome to Le Mas des Arts in Peymeinade, a charming bed and breakfast located just 45 minutes away from Nice airport. Situated 7 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes, our Provencal mas offers two cozy bedrooms and a family suite, all with stunning panoramic views of the hills of Grasse and the Cabris farm.

At our tranquil and natural property, you will have parking available for your convenience. Our ideal location allows you to easily explore the beautiful region, from the picturesque perched villages to the sparkling sea and the vibrant outdoor activities. Don't miss the nearby Lake St Cassien for fishing and pedal boating, the perfume capital of Grasse, the famous Cannes Festival and shopping, the artistic galleries of St Paul de Vence, and the charming markets of Tourrettes-Valbonne and Fayence.

Directions

To reach our house from Nice airport, it will take approximately 45 minutes. If you are starting from Grasse, which is about 15 minutes away, take the D2562 road towards Draguignan. Pass through the village of Peymeinade and continue for 1km. After you see the Fiat garage on your right, take a left turn onto Avenue de Peygros following the signpost for "Le Mas des Arts". Keep driving for about 2km until you reach our house at number 219 on the left.

If you are coming from the Avignon-Nice motorway, take exit 39 towards Fayence. Drive along Lake St. Cassien in the direction of Grasse. Pass through Val du Tignet and Peymeinade. After 200m from the sign, take a right turn onto Avenue de Peygros. Continue driving for approximately 2km and you will find our house at number 219.

For those traveling from the Napoleon Road (Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier), once you exit St Vallier de Thiey, turn right onto D4 road towards Cabris. Cross Cabris and follow the signs for Spéracédes-Peymeinade. When you reach the roundabout of the Valley of Tignet, take a left turn. After 200 meters from the Peymeinade sign, turn right onto Avenue de Peygros. Continue driving for 2km and you will reach our house at number 219.
