Opening in July 2018, it offers 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen/bar area, and a private bathroom/toilet, ensuring that all amenities are exclusively for our guests.

Situated 30 meters away from the owner's house, our retreat provides a peaceful and serene environment, far from any noise or pollution. It is the ideal place to unwind and appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. Guests have the opportunity to explore the area on foot, by bike, or even on horseback, as well as visit nearby villages, such as the prehistoric caves of Saulges, the basilica of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Additionally, several stud farms are conveniently located nearby.

For those traveling by train, we offer complimentary transportation from Evron SNCF train station, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.

The price of your stay includes household textiles and a delicious French breakfast, complete with fresh fruit juice. Our rates are as follows:
- 2 guests: 70€ per night
- 3 guests: 95€ per night
- 4 guests: 120€ per night
