Each gîte offers a spacious 150m² area featuring a fully equipped large living room-kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. The charming stone walls and wooden beams, along with meticulous decoration, highlight the character of the building and its antique furniture. The common area includes a sauna, ping-pong table, and exercise equipment. Outside, there is a swing and an area for playing bowls, as well as a convenient carpark. For larger groups, there is the option to rent both gîtes, providing a total of 300m² and accommodating up to 18 people. The location is ideal, as it is situated near the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Lot regions, including castles, caves, and picturesque villages.

Welcome to the "Gîtes La Granja" located in the beautiful Aquitaine region, near the enchanting Dordogne area in the sunny and welcoming south west of France. Our charming gîtes offer an opportunity to explore the serene and rolling countryside that surrounds them.

Situated amidst picturesque fields and orchards, our two spacious "firstclass gîtes" can accommodate from 2 to 9 guests each. With their own private 10x4 pools, these gîtes are housed within the barn of a traditional 19th-century country manor.

Prices range from 300 to 1695 euros depending on the season and the number of guests (2 to 10 people). For larger groups of up to 20 guests, prices range from 600 to 3200 euros (sheets and towels provided).

Un gite vraiment agréable, idéal en famille ou amis avec tout les petits conforts apréciables : piscine privée, salle de jeux, terrain de pétanque, trampoline...des visites à faire dans la région si l'envie vous vient de quitter ce petit paradis quelques heures...bravo aux propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins et adorables. Les gites sont aussi parfaitement équipés. Bref rien à redire et bonne continuation!!!
