This fully restored barn offers lodging for stage and can accommodate up to 23 guests. The ground floor features a spacious courtyard hall, a games room with table football and ping pong, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Additionally, there is a bathroom on this level.

On the first floor, there is a large common room measuring 80m2 which includes a dining area and a cozy lounge area complete with a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a library. The centerpiece of this room is a charming central fireplace. The kitchen is also located on this floor and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a capacity for 4 guests each and come with their own private bathrooms, including facilities for disabled individuals. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can accommodate 3 guests each, and 1 bedroom that has a private shower room.

Outside, you will find a beautifully landscaped area, parking facilities, and a terrace for your enjoyment.

Directions

To reach the cottage, located about 2 kilometers away from the nearby town of Espalion in Aveyron, simply follow the signs for sports. Continue along the road that runs alongside the river, and you will find the cottage on your left.
