It provides a comfortable living space for 2 to 4 people, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a convertible sofa in the living room, a TV, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a dressing room. The bathroom is designed according to PMR standards and includes a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The cottage is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner.

Bed linen is provided, and towels can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage includes a wooden terrace, a lawn, and private parking, ensuring complete independence for guests. Located in Lecelles, in the tranquil countryside of Northern France, it is conveniently close to local shops, producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (7 minutes). It is also within easy reach of Valenciennes (20 minutes), Lille (40 minutes), and the Belgian border (500m), as well as Tournai (20 minutes) and the Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and restaurants.

The cottage's location makes it ideal for leisurely walks or bike rides. Please note that smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. The rental prices are as follows: 350 euros per week, 600 euros for 2 weeks, 750 euros for 3 weeks, and 900 euros per month. There is no tourist tax, but a mandatory cleaning charge of 30 euros applies.
