This unique two-room apartment, located in the heart of Strasbourg, is just a two-minute walk away from historic sites and Christmas markets. Situated on the second floor of an 18th-century building, this 55 m2 apartment offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Featuring spacious and bright rooms with exposed beams, the apartment can accommodate up to five guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. It seamlessly flows into the living room, which includes a double sofa bed, coffee table, storage furniture, and a TV monitor.

The bedroom, overlooking the courtyard, features a comfortable 140 bed, a large wardrobe, and a baby crib. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and storage cabinet, and towels and bath towels are provided. Additionally, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Please note that the winter season for this property begins on November 26 and ends on January 8, 2012. The nightly rate is €160, while a two-night stay costs €300. For a weekend stay from Friday to Sunday (check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM), the rate is also €300. A week-long stay from Monday to Friday (check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM) is priced at €500, which includes charges, taxes, and departure cleaning fee. Bed linen is also provided.

To secure your reservation, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon check-in. A refundable deposit of €300 is also required. Accepted methods of payment include cash, bank checks, postal checks, postal or bank transfer, and international money orders.
