Located 15 km from Agen, on the hills on the right bank of the Garonne, you will find the charming hamlet of Gil, which overlooks the beautiful Valley of the Mass. Situated on an expansive 8-hectare property, this bed and breakfast is housed in a historic building dating back to the sixteenth century.

The ground floor of the house, called Myosotis, offers a cozy 25 m² space featuring a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, the Red rooms provide a comfortable stay with a 140 cm bed and two single beds (90 cm each), a wardrobe, and a shower with a toilet.

During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, which spans 50 m². Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet our friendly Angora goats, who produce the famous mohair, as well as our three adorable donkeys. If you require babysitting services, we are happy to arrange that for you upon request.

There are various attractions to discover in the surrounding area. Take a leisurely walk to explore the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away, and admire its eleventh-century church. The village of Port St. Mary, offering a range of shops, is only 5 km from our property. For a unique experience, visit the exotic greenhouse in Colayrac, just 7 km away. We also recommend visiting nearby towns such as Buzet, known for its wine, Vianne with its glassworks and night market, Nerac with its castle and rich history, and the Agen aqueduct. "Welcome to your charming cottage, nestled on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, just 15 km away from Agen. Located in the hamlet of Gil, this cottage offers breathtaking views of the Mass Valley. Situated on an expansive 8-hectare property, with lush green meadows and rolling hills, the cottage is housed in a historic 16th-century building, adjacent to the owners' house but completely private.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and features three bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom (13 m²) offers two 90 cm beds and convenient storage. The second bedroom (13 m²) also has two 90 cm beds and convenient storage. The third bedroom (10 m²) features a comfortable 140 cm bed and a spacious cupboard. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet on the same floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and dining area (25.5 m²) furnished with a rustic sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a farmhouse table with four chairs, and a bench. This room opens onto a terrace with a barbecue and a garden, facing southwest and overlooking the meadows and groves. The well-equipped kitchen (18 m²) includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. There is also a separate toilet with a sink on this floor.

During your stay, you can explore the 50 m² property and have the opportunity to meet our friendly Angora goats, known for producing the famous mohair, as well as our adorable donkeys. Upon request, we can arrange babysitting services for your convenience.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:
1. Start by heading towards Bordeaux on the N113 from Agen.
2. After passing Lapoulaille, make a right turn and then take the next left towards St. Medard (approximately 100 meters).
3. At the end of this road, make a left turn towards Clermont Dessous.
4. After driving approximately 100 meters, make a right turn onto The Gil.
5. Keep driving along The Gil until you reach the last house on the way.
