Réservation faite en mai pour début septembre pour un cadeau pour mes parents. Quand ils sont arrivés sur place, personne pour les accueillir ! Après qu'ils aient appelé le gérant, il leur dit qu'il est absent pour raisons personnelles et aucun service n'est assuré. Mes parents ont du se débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel de secours.
Le gérant n'a même pas pris la peine de prévenir à l'avance qu'il était indisponible, bien qu'il ait été payé en totalité pour un service qu'il devait donner. INADMISSIBLE un tel manque de respect. NE RÉSERVER PAS GÉRANT NON FIABLE.

Directions

If traveling from Riez, follow the signs for 'Valensole' on D6, but do not follow the signs for Allemagne-en-Provence. After driving for about 3 kilometers, take the small road on the left that goes downhill. Look for a sign that says 'Domaine de Bertrandy, Château de Pontfrac'. Continue driving for approximately 900 meters, and you will find the Domaine on your left, once the road turns into a dirt track.

If starting from Gréoux-les-Bains, pass Saint-Martin-de-Brosmes and continue driving until you reach Allemagne-en-Provence. Once in the village center, turn left in front of the Château and follow the small road for about 5 kilometers. Eventually, the road will transition into a dirt track, and you will find the Domaine on your right.

If coming from Valensole, follow the signs for Riez on D6, but do not follow the signs for Allemagne-en-Provence. Drive for approximately 10 kilometers, and then take the small road on your right that indicates Château de Pontfrac. Continue driving for about 900 meters, and you will find the Domaine on your left, once the road turns into a dirt track.
