This village house is a charming and ancient property, offering a unique and independent stay. Situated on the edge of a beautiful woodland, it boasts a lovely enclosed garden of 600m².

The house features convenient parking space outside, as well as a private courtyard that is securely closed. Inside, you will find a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

The living room, spanning 30m², is cozy and inviting. It is furnished with a wood stove, two single beds (90cm each), a TV, and offers WIFI access. The bedroom is comfortable and offers a large double bed (160cm).

The house also includes a modern shower room and a separate WC. For your convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Additional storage space is also available.

Within 1km, there is a delightful local restaurant serving delicious specialties. If you wish, you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning service (at an additional cost of 40€). Bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The tourist tax is already included in the price.

Directions

To reach the destination from the A31 motorway exit NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, follow these travel directions: Head in the direction of "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany by taking the D25 road. Then, continue on the D35 road towards Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany. Keep going straight until you reach a junction where you will turn left towards MESSANGES. From there, continue straight ahead until you reach number 20 on rue vineyards, where the house will be located on your left.
