This charming cottage offers a cozy living space of 20m2. It features a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge that easily transforms into a bedroom at night, thanks to a high-quality BZ sleeper sofa with a good box spring and mattress. For added privacy, there is a sliding door separating the living area from the small bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides two single beds for a restful sleep.Outside, the terrace provides cooking facilities, including a hot plate, an electric barbecue, and a coal grill. There is a table and bench for dining, along with an inviting olive tree and hammocks to relax and unwind.
