The townhouse itself, with a generous 80m2 of space and a lovely garden, is well-equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a delightful veranda, a convenient storage cupboard, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, another storage cupboard, and an additional toilet. The property also includes a garden area and designated parking space.
