The Great Doudou is a charming guesthouse perfect for families. With the ability to accommodate 2-6 people without the need for separate rooms, it provides a comfortable and spacious environment. Additionally, there is an adjoining room with a private bathroom that can accommodate two people.The non-smoking room features a large living room area with a cozy fireplace and a reading corner. Two twin beds are also available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom and toilet are separate and independent for convenience.
The attic loft offers an intimate and cozy sleeping area with two separate beds, divided by curtains in calming shades. The decoration of the room consists of a blend of antique and contemporary furniture, using high-quality materials.
Guests can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, as well as access to WiFi. The entrance to the room is separate from the main house, and a private garden area with a table, chairs, and sunbeds allows for relaxation. Only the sounds of nature, such as birds chirping, leaves rustling, and the melody of locusts, will disturb your peaceful nap.
In the fall, the picturesque landscapes with their reddish ocher hues provide a delight for poets. Guests can enjoy mushroom picking, collecting nuts and chestnuts, and walking through countless fallen leaves.
During the winter, when the snow blankets the surroundings, guests can indulge in cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at two nearby estates, just 8 km away. There are also toboggan runs, a mini ski slope with a ski lift for toddlers, and two snow buoy tracks for older children.
In the spring, as nature awakens, guests can explore the marked biking trails (green, blue, red, and black), go hiking, or enjoy a game of golf at an 18-hole course located just 10 minutes away. Other activities include a via ferrata (15 minutes away), tree climbing (5 minutes away), or visiting local craft shops.
The whole family, including pets named Pompon, Lolita, Snowflake, Dora, and Idée Fixe, eagerly awaits your arrival to discover this peaceful haven in the heart of the Pilat Regional Park.

Directions
Upon leaving Bourg Argental, travel for 2.5 km. After a turn with a speed limit of 50 km/h, take a road on the left leading downhill towards Argental. Continue driving for two kilometers until you pass the farm of Faurie. After another 800m, take the left path called The Boisdelles. Ascend to the top and you will have arrived at your destination.
After passing the Republic, you will reach the inn of large wood. Instead of continuing on the road, take the Holy Savior road that leads into the woods. Follow this road for 6 km. Once you reach the "Pras" area, take a hairpin road on the left. Travel for 2.7 km and then take the right path called The Boisdelles. Ascend to the top and you will have arrived.
