Description for B&B:

The southwest of France is not your typical holiday destination, it's even better - it's an insider's tip! Located in one of France's most vibrant regions, with the Mediterranean and Pyrenees just a short distance away, this area is renowned for its climate, cuisine, rich history, technological advancements, and its unique way of life known as "art de vivre". Toulouse, in particular, is not only the fastest-growing city in France, but also the second most important university city after Paris. During the Middle Ages, it was even the cultural capital of France, surpassing Paris in terms of importance. Today, Toulouse and its surrounding region continue to stand out with their remarkable agricultural and technological products and companies.

If you want to discover what France truly has to offer beyond the Eiffel Tower, red wine, and St. Tropez, come and explore the Southwest! Our B&B, "La Maison Lutz," is conveniently located in the heart of the region, within the triangle formed by the cities of Toulouse, Montauban, and Albi - three of the most significant cities in the area. To the north of our B&B, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, or motorbiking in the scenic foothills of the Tarn River, where charming villages, vineyards, and breathtaking sunflower fields await you in July. Just a short distance away, you'll find two renowned vineyards - "Fronton" and "Gaillac". To the south, we are only 1 km from the Tarn River, where you can enjoy walks along the riverbank, fishing, swimming, or canoeing.

At our 4-star B&B, "La Maison Lutz," we offer everything you would expect and more. Our rooms are spacious, comfortable, and uniquely designed. Additionally, we have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitness facilities, and even a tandem bike that we lend to our guests. And of course, our homemade breakfast is not to be missed! We are here to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday and are more than happy to help you explore and discover the beauty of our region.
