Welcome to our charming cottage, located just 200m from the picturesque Gulf of Morbihan in the beautiful region of Brittany, France. This fully furnished flat can comfortably accommodate up to four people and offers a range of amenities for a relaxing vacation.

One of the main advantages of our cottage is its proximity to the Gulf of Morbihan, known for its stunning scenery and 45 islands, which have been classified as "World Bays More". Additionally, the cottage is situated right on the popular hiking trail GR.34, making it a perfect choice for nature enthusiasts. We provide parking facilities for hikers who wish to explore the area.

Nestled in the peaceful countryside of the Peninsula Port Anna in SÉNÉ, our cottage offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, it is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city of Vannes, allowing easy access to its medieval charm and the famous dolmens of Carnac. Moreover, it is situated between the peninsulas of Quiberon and Port Navalo, Port-Crouesty, and offers stunning views of the nearby islands of Belle Isle, Houat, and Hedic.

The cottage itself features a spacious 70m² apartment on the second floor of the Villa Douar Nevez. It boasts a separate entrance and a lovely terrace on the ground floor, perfect for enjoying the surrounding scenery. The property also includes a quiet garden and a secure parking area of 400m². Guests have access to shared facilities such as a barbecue, spa, and garden furniture. All necessary shops can be found in the charming town of SENE.

SENE offers a range of activities for all interests. From fishing in the small port, exploring the nearby beaches, and observing the local bird sanctuary, to engaging in water sports, horseback riding, and even trying your hand at oyster farming, there is something for everyone. The area is also ideal for hiking and biking, as well as sea kayaking.

Our rates for weekly stays are as follows: 318 to 480 euros for the 50m² cottage accommodating two people, and 393 to 567 euros for the 70m² cottage accommodating four people. From September to June, we offer special prices for the medium and low seasons, allowing you to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings at a more affordable rate.
