It is situated on a ground with a closed parking area and is only 6 kms away from BRIONNE. The beautiful village of BEC HELLOUIN, which is one of the most stunning villages in France, is also nearby. You can enjoy the tranquility of the area and explore the greenway for hiking. The location is classified as Natura 2000, showcasing its natural beauty. There are charming villages in close proximity, offering a rich heritage and plenty of attractions. In addition to the cottage, the owners are delighted to share their XIIth century mill, bread oven, wash-house, and charming small campaign toilet with the guests. This site is open to the public during Heritage Days and other various visits, attracting an average of 1,000 visitors per year. All guests who have stayed in this place describe it as a piece of paradise. If you wish, there is a spa available just 4 kms away and an organic farm practicing permaculture only 3 kms away. Golf enthusiasts can find a golf course nearby as well. We also offer the possibility of a family room for events on the property. If you require more space, there is a second cottage available on the same property, completely independent from the first one. This cottage, called "the nonsense of the mill park," has a 3-ear rating and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is designed in a charming Norman style.

Description for Gite

This gite offers a spacious room that includes a dining area and a sitting area, complete with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, and a hood. There is also a desk and a separate toilet on the main floor.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds measuring 90/200 and a dressing area. The second bedroom has one bed measuring 90/200, and the third bedroom has two twin beds measuring 90/190. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet on this floor as well.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The gite is available for all durations, and there is the option to rent linen and request cleaning services.
