The Annexe is a self-contained part of our family home located in Chadalais, in the commune of Maisonnais-sur-Tardoire, within the Parc Natural Regional Perigord Limousin. Situated on the borders of Charente, Haute-Vienne, and the Dordogne, we are conveniently positioned between Angoulême and Limoges.

With its own private keyed entrance, The Annexe provides all the amenities and space you need during your stay. It is exclusive to one booking at a time, making it perfect for solo travelers, friends, or families who can choose between one or two bedrooms. Whether you're house hunting, on a professional business trip, attending family events, or simply passing through, The Annexe offers an ideal option for short-term or overnight stays. Additionally, our proximity to Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher makes us a great choice for those attending events at these venues.

For guests opting for Bed and Breakfast, please note that there are no kitchen facilities available. However, we offer ample tea and coffee making facilities, provisions, and a small fridge. Secure parking is also provided.

Our sleeping accommodations offer three options: a king-size room for up to 2 guests, a twin room for up to 2 guests, or the option to book both rooms for a maximum adult occupancy of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are clean and well-presented, featuring comfortable beds with characterful views of the surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms and the hallway provide clothes storage and hanging space. Fans are available for cooling during the summer, while adequate heating keeps you warm in the winter months.

Please note that The Annexe does not have a dedicated garden or outdoor space for guests.

Upon arrival, fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. We can accommodate one child under 3 at no additional charge, and a cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Our rates include electricity, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning, and local tourist taxes, without any extra charges.

Chadalais is a charming village, perfect for short evening walks or exploring the Limousin countryside. We are a short drive away from several towns and villages that offer a variety of dining options, as well as shops, bars, and cafes. For dining recommendations, please refer to the guest information provided.

To cater to the varying preferences of our guests, we do not offer a served or buffet breakfast. However, a self-serve, in-room continental breakfast is included in the standard rental rate, consisting of pastries, tea/coffee, and fruit juice.
