Two expansive vaulted cellars provide ample storage space. The entire building has been upgraded with new electrical wiring and a modern central heating system, ensuring comfort throughout. Moreover, both the gîte and the main building have been fitted with double-glazed wooden frames, enhancing insulation and tranquility.

Welcome to the charming Red Cottage! This spacious holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with the option of adding a cot if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and oven, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful drench shower, and there is a separate toilet for convenience. With the addition of new central heating, the Red Cottage is perfect for enjoying the cozy winter atmosphere.

During your stay, you are invited to make use of the "Grand Salon" located on the ground floor of the "Petit Château." This elegant space offers a variety of recreational amenities including a reading table, a library, a comfortable sitting area, a bar, and a television.

Surrounded by a ancient stone wall, the Red Cottage is situated in a wide private garden. As our guest, you will have exclusive access to this expansive garden, which spans 15000 m² (3.7 acres) and is filled with fruit and walnut trees. We have recently added a brand new swimming pool (12x6m) for you to enjoy. The pool has a shallow end of 1.10m, perfect for children to safely splash around, and a deeper end of 2m for those who want to take a refreshing dip. Additionally, the park includes a playground with various play equipment. In the evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the warmth.

There is no shortage of activities to keep you entertained during your stay in the Haute-Saône region. Whether you prefer active recreation or exploring the cultural highlights of the area, you will find plenty of options. We provide a map in the Cottage, which contains a wealth of information about the region, including trips, activities, and cultural curiosities. You can also find books about the region and the country in the library.
