Welcome to the beautiful one-hectare area of Bruille Saint Amand, where the cottage Le Spartiate is situated. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a spacious car park.

As you step inside the cottage, you will be amazed by the charming living room, complete with a magnificent kitchen featuring a grand piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source during the winter months. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room furnished with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area where you can unwind and enjoy the scenic views.

Connected to this area is the meeting room, ideal for accommodating up to 16 individuals. This room can also be utilized for larger private events, with a minimum rental requirement of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for wedding celebrations, for example.

On the other side of the cottage, you will find four rooms, each equipped with four single beds boasting excellent quality mattresses. Each room also includes its own bathroom, providing utmost convenience and comfort. The cottage is further equipped with four toilets.

For those who wish to bask in the sun, there is a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor seating.

The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people. If you require the use of the meeting room, an additional charge of 190 will be applied, applicable for groups exceeding 20 individuals but not exceeding 45 individuals.

A final cleaning service is available for a fee starting at 75.

Conveniently, there are various shops in the village, including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

Directions

Travel Directions from Lille to Spartiate, 1 rue des chorettes, 59199 Bruille Saint Amand:

Starting from Lille, head towards Valenciennes.

Take exit number 4, Saint-Amand Thermal. If exit 4 is closed, take exit number 6, go under the highway, and then take the exit for Saint Amand waters.

After exiting at number 4, turn left. At the fork, take a right and cross a railway track before coming to a stop.

Turn right.

At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.

Continue on this road, passing by Leclerc and The Pasino.

You will encounter several roundabouts along the way.

At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on the right.

If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Make a U-turn and turn left.

Continue on the road towards Condé Sur Escaut.

After about 4 km, you will see a sign for Saint Amand Bruille. Take the second right at this sign, which leads to a road in front of the town hall and is marked with a sign for The Spartiate.

You will then arrive at Odomez.

From here, take the second right at a small square. If you enter the forest, you have gone too far.

Continue on this street, almost to the end, and you will see the Spartiate cottage on your right.
