We offer four double rooms, each with a terrace providing stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. All rooms are equipped with a satellite TV for your entertainment. The shower rooms are stocked with a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens. You will have your own private entrance to ensure your independence. For longer stays of more than seven nights, a cleaning service will be provided midway through your stay. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights, which increases to five nights during the summer season. Directions
To reach Les Mimosas, there are two convenient options. Firstly, if you're driving via the A8 motorway, take exit 59 for MENTON. After passing the "Fin of motorway" sign, make a right turn (360°) and follow the directions towards Annonciade. Keep an eye out for our sign indicating "Chambes dhotes 2.3km" to guide you the rest of the way.
Alternatively, if you're arriving at Nice Airport, you can easily access Les Mimosas by taking a shuttle, which covers a distance of 40km.
