Description for B&B:

Welcome to Château Du Haut Livron, a magnificent mansion located in Livron's historic district. Florence and Thierry are delighted to welcome you and offer you a wonderful stay. The house is open all year round, with a minimum of 2 nights during the week.

Situated in Val de Drôme, between Valence and Montélimar, the château is conveniently located near the famous N7, which leads to the South. This eighteenth-century castle is adorned with beautiful frescoed murals, some of which are listed as historical monuments.

The château boasts a shaded park that overlooks the Rhone Valley and Monts d'Ardèche, providing a breathtaking view. Your room, with its soothing tones, spans 25m2 and features a comfortable queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. We provide complimentary toiletries for your convenience. You can access your room through a private terrace and independent entrance, and parking is available on site.

Inside your room, you will find a cozy sitting area with two armchairs, a TV, and a courtesy space equipped with a mini bar, kettle, and espresso machine for a perfect break.

We also offer a well-being service by a professional masseuse, available for reservation. You can enjoy a relaxing massage session either alone or as a duo. Adjacent to your room, you will find a private spa that can be rented by appointment. We ensure impeccable hygiene by regularly emptying and treating the spa water with active oxygen, which is gentle on the skin and has a minimal odor.

The private terrace offers a serene setting with panoramic views of the shaded park. You can relax on the provided lounge chairs and enjoy breakfast or meals on the outdoor table. Absolute tranquility awaits you.

If you prefer, you can dine alone in the private dining room attached to your room or outside if the weather permits. Florence, the talented chef, prepares delicious homemade meals for €30 per person, including a starter, main course, and dessert. Drinks are also included.

For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking trails are located at the foot of the castle, and the Viarhôna and the Drôme bike paths are easily accessible. During your stay, you can explore the enchanting landscapes of the Drôme Provençale, Ardèche, Massif du Vercors, and the popes' enclave.

The region is dotted with charming villages that hold hidden treasures, and it is known for its rich terroir products. Feel free to ask us for recommendations and insider tips.

If you have a special occasion, you can even privatize the room for €250, including one night's stay, breakfast in the room, and free and unlimited access to the private spa located in the chapel. We also offer a gourmet platter with champagne.

We are excited to meet you and provide any information you may need for your stay. Remember, we are open all year round, with a minimum of 2 nights during the week.
