Experience the perfect blend of history and modernity during your stay at our remarkable Villa. Situated on the grounds of a former rum distillery, our one-story Villa boasts a charming mill and sits on a 2500 m2 plot with a refreshing swimming pool and private parking. Just 500m away, you will find the picturesque fishing port and St. Felix beach. Conveniently located between Saint Anne and the gullet, our Villa is also within close proximity to various amenities such as grocery stores, bakeries, pizzerias, laundries, restaurants, and bars, all just a minute's walk away.

Indulge in comfort and tranquility in one of our three beautifully appointed rooms (Iguana, Calabash, Mill), each featuring a cozy double bed and private bathroom. The Iguana room offers the added convenience of a private toilet and direct access to the garden and pool. As part of our services, we also organize plane rides and boat trips, assist with vehicle rentals, and arrange airport transfers.

For a memorable dining experience, join us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for an optional convivial dinner by the pool, priced at $15 per person, including a complimentary aperitif (wine not included). Upon your arrival at the Villa, we will warmly welcome you with a refreshing drink and a small snack. Please note that all rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

Start your day on a delicious note with our hearty American breakfasts, which are included in your stay. Additionally, we offer packed picnic baskets for lunch, catering to groups of 1 to 6 people.

Directions

To reach the villa from the airport, head towards Saint Anne and Sant Felix. At the second roundabout, take a left towards Bellevue. After 50 meters, make a right turn onto impasse of the distillery. The villa is located at No. 4, at the end of the impasse.
