Description:

Description for B&B:

Ghislaine and Eric extend a warm welcome to their charming B&B, a historic presbytery dating back to 1764. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the stone building and its picturesque dovecote, as well as the stunning alley of cedar trees. Eric recently renovated this delightful presbytery, carefully preserving its original materials to maintain the authentic charm of Gascony.

Your spacious and bright room is tastefully furnished, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The combination of old-world charm and modern amenities creates a beautiful balance. The cozy cocoon features a large 160/200 cm bed. The SUITE bedroom offers a 160/200 cm bed for two people, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth person, and a sofa bed for a potential fifth or sixth person in the same SUITE bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC. We can also provide a folding cot and high chair upon request.

Our sheets and towels are changed at least twice a week. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace, featuring locally sourced products chosen with great care and affection. The guest house is situated in a delightful setting, surrounded by a four-hectare wooded park that offers magnificent views of the gentle Gers hills. Take advantage of the inviting swimming pool, bathed in sunlight, which provides the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing after a refreshing swim.

At "Arpentian," your only neighbors are the deer and squirrels that frolic in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, with its ancient boxwood and majestic cedar tree over 250 years old, providing a shaded oasis for moments of relaxation. We also have a TV lounge area with a library, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, we offer informational brochures with a wide range of enjoyable activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golfing, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wineries, castles, markets, and restaurants, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.
