Description for B&B:

This ancient farmhouse dates back to the first Napoleonic cadastres of 1830 and has been carefully maintained and renovated for three generations.

Situated on a one-hectare plot surrounded by charming dry stone terraced walls and adorned with majestic hundred-year-old olive trees, this farmhouse offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque plain and its vineyards. Within this serene setting, we are delighted to present our four inviting bedrooms.

One of the remarkable advantages of our location is that we enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while remaining conveniently close to several noteworthy destinations. The stunning beaches of Lecques, Bandol, Sanary, and La Ciotat are just a short distance away. Additionally, major cities like Marseille and Toulon, with their airports, are easily accessible. The A50 motorway is also within convenient reach. Moreover, if you are arriving by train, we can gladly arrange to pick you up from the nearby Saint Cyr les Lecques la Cadière station. Other nearby attractions include the prestigious Frégate golf course, the enchanting blackcurrant creeks, the renowned Paul Ricard circuit, and many other hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming gite where every room comes with a private bathroom and a separate toilet. To ensure your comfort, we provide a courtesy tray and can offer a television upon request, free of charge. Our three rooms, Lespigaou, La farigoule, and Lou Bancaou, are centrally located within the house and each has its own independent entrance, accessible through a welcoming hall. Families or groups of friends can even rent all three rooms together.

We are delighted to welcome guests of all ages, including children, as our swimming pool area meets all safety standards with a secure barrier.

We are also happy to accommodate your furry friends, but we kindly ask that you follow our guidelines to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests.

A discreet fence separates this area from our own home, allowing us to maintain a peaceful environment for our own animals. We kindly request that you do not leave your pets unattended in your room. However, if it is absolutely necessary, we ask that your dog is well-behaved and respectful of the space, as we want to avoid any potential damage or disturbance to other vacationers. Please inform us in advance and provide us with relevant information about your pet's behavior, as well as a contact number.

To maintain the cleanliness of our garden and avoid any inconvenience to other guests, we kindly ask that you prevent your pet from leaving any odorous marks. Additionally, we request that your pet remains on a leash within the premises and immediate surroundings, both to respect the comfort of other guests and to ensure your pet's safety and familiarity with the new environment. Access to the pool area with your pet will be discussed and decided upon during your stay.

Lastly, we kindly ask that you ensure your pet's barking or meowing does not disturb the tranquility of the establishment. We strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
