Welcome to Laurent Vidal - Sea photographer's guest rooms, situated in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Just a short distance from the beautiful chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and in close proximity to the coastal path, our accommodations offer a delightful stay between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Located on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead end street that leads directly to the sea (Coté Baie de Quiberon), the coastal path (GR34), and the oyster farming sites of Kercroc, our property boasts a prime location.

On the ground floor, you will find our reception area and the breakfast area, which opens up to a spacious south-facing terrace. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The "West" room, a spacious and peaceful attic room, offers a small view of the ocean and the bay of Quiberon. It features a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and an ensuite bathroom. This room can also accommodate an additional bed (90x200). The rates for the West room, including breakfast, range from 90 to 100 Euros per night. An additional bed can be provided for 30 Euros, including breakfast.

Our "East" room, also located in the attic, consists of two bedrooms with a shared private bathroom. It features a "King size" bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). The rates for the East room, including breakfast, range from 80 to 90 Euros per night. An additional bed can be provided for 30 Euros, including breakfast.

During the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations. For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m.

We provide closed private parking, a garden, and 2 bicycles for your convenience. Additionally, both rooms are equipped with internet connection, WiFi, and refrigerators.

All necessary amenities, including a supermarket, can be found within walking distance.

Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, a charming 4-star villa located in the historic town of Plouharnel. Situated near the picturesque "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the coastal path (GR34), this villa offers a perfect blend of tranquility and easy access to the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Rue de la Baie, a quiet dead-end street, leads directly to the beautiful bay and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, press shops, restaurants, and bistros.

The villa itself is a separate second house on the same property as the guest rooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with luxurious 180cm king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

The villa also boasts a private swimming pool reserved exclusively for your use. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October and has a uniform depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 x 3.50m). It is covered by a retractable sliding shelter, allowing you to swim with the shelter closed during the mid-season. The pool is secured by a key and complies with the NF P 90-309 safety standard. The terrace is well-equipped with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, providing the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The garden surrounding the villa is fully enclosed, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, and electric recharging is possible from a standard outlet.

Please note that the accommodation is not currently equipped for individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay includes everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free experience: bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, taxes, and even the beds are made for your arrival. Additionally, guests of the villa are welcome to borrow paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, or bicycles depending on availability.

You have the flexibility to choose your arrival day, and the minimum stay is five nights. Deux journées, deux nuit à Plouharnel, près de Presqu'île Quiberon, chez Laurent, ça signifie un séjour extraordinaire dans une maison qui est meublée et aménagée par amour de détail et de très bon goût. Laurent est un homme très aimable et sympathique et il a l'habitude de préparer un excellent petit-déjeuner. Deux fois nous avons été ici et nous espérons de revenir. Merci très beaucoup, Laurent!

Séjour inoubliable au mois d'octobre chez Laurent! Son accueil est réellement très chaleureux et sincère. Sa maison est charmante et joliment décorée. Chambre agréable et confortable. Super petit-déjeuner copieux et varié que nous avons eu le plaisir de partager avec notre hôte.

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Les chambres sont chaleureuses spacieuses, bien équipées. Le propriétaire, photographe, très sympathique qui vous plonge à votre insu dans son univers les bateaux, la mer. Un voyage extraordinaire.

Laurent is the best and his home and room are the absolute nicest we have stayed in during our trip to France. The guest room is incredible, very clean and had a private bathroom. Laurent is a wonderful person to chat with and an amazing photographer as well! I cannot say enough nice things about him and his lovely home. We had a great stay in Plouhamel.

The train station, Auray, is located 12km away.
However, the train station, Plouharnel, is only available in July and August and is just 1km away.
There is a bus available at Plouharnel.
If you prefer to travel by plane, Lorient airport is 30km away and Nantes airport is 150km away.
