Single-level house (100m2 + garage) located on a 400m2 plot, offering tranquility and classified as a 4-star property. Suitable for 2 to 6 people. Only 400m away from the sea, beach, and coastal path, and just 100m from shops. The house is also conveniently situated 2km away from Royan. The living room and dining area feature a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. There are three bedrooms; two with a double bed (140cm) and one with a king-size bed (160cm). A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The bathroom includes a washbasin, bathtub, washing machine, and separate dryer. There is a separate toilet with a sink. Additional amenities include electric heating, children's toys, two bicycles (male and female) with a child seat, a fenced garden with minimal or no visibility to neighbors, two terraces, an electric awning, and a barbecue.
