Description:

Description for Gite

Ginouillac is situated on the border of two stunning regions: the Périgord and Quercy, making it the perfect destination to explore these two areas. Nestled within the Natural Regional Park of Causses of Quercy, this village offers a peaceful and tranquil escape. Right on the outskirts of the town, an entire farm is undergoing a transformation. The first house is now ready to welcome guests. Originally a traditional Quercy barn used to store grain after the threshing process, the "cell grains" has been converted into a charming country cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). This house is classified as 3 ears (comfort) by Gites de France.

The property boasts a grand ecological swimming pool (6x12m) that offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, there is a shallow swimming area specifically designed for children. A children's playground, complete with swings, slides, and a sandbox, is conveniently located near the cottage. Additionally, guests have access to a BBQ, garden furniture, and a summer kitchen. Wireless internet is also available.
