The gîte features its own separate entrance, carport, and a private covered terrace. The property also includes a court and unfenced land.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that opens up to a large covered terrace. The living room is equipped with a kitchen area and a bar. Additionally, there is a shower room with a separate WC.
Moving upstairs, there is an office space on the landing and three bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of one double bed (140 cm), another double bed, and two single beds (90 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate WC on this level. To ensure comfort throughout the year, the gîte offers reversible heating and air conditioning.
Lastly, guests can enjoy the added bonus of a swimming pool.
