This charming timbered house is completely independent and located on a peaceful little street in a small town. It offers a comfortable and cozy stay for guests.The upstairs area features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, perfect for two people. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is accompanied by a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sitting area with a TV and telephone. Additionally, there is a storage room with a washing machine. The house is heated by both electric heating in the form of floor heating and convectors.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, the beds are made and ready for use upon arrival. Guests can also enjoy a closed terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen. The garden offers a peaceful retreat with six outdoor seating options, a parking space, and a barbecue area. There is also a sandbox for children to play in and a chair/longue for relaxation. Additionally, there are various games available for children. If needed, a folding cot can be provided.
