Pets are not permitted in our cottages. Rentals are available for check-in on Saturdays starting at 4 pm, and check-out is required by 10 am on Saturday morning. The lease will become valid once the contract and deposit are received. The deposit amounts to 25% of the total cost, and the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. A separate deposit of $300 is also required, which will be refunded, destroyed, or returned within 15 days after your departure. A tax of $0.40 per person per day is applicable, except for children under 13 years of age, who are exempt between June 15 and September 15. Additionally, any electricity usage exceeding 8 KW per day will incur an additional charge.
