Conveniently located, our farmhouse offers endless opportunities for car, hiking, and cycling excursions. Additionally, we are a breeding and training center for Quarter Horses, offering western-style riding lessons.
Situated in the renowned wine region of Ghemme and Gattinara, Fanos Farm is just a 15-minute drive from the enchanting Lake Orta and the stunning shores of Lake Maggiore. We are also conveniently located 45 minutes from Milan and one hour from the charming city of Turin, which is often overlooked by tourists. Fanos Farm is located between Borgomanero and Novara, just a few minutes away from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. You can find our exact coordinates on the GPS at 45° 37 19,65" Nord - 8° 33 51,80" Est.
If you are coming from the A26 motorway, take the "Borgomanero" exit and turn right towards "Novara". Follow the SP 229 road for 7 km and then turn left towards "Suno" at the "Baraggia di Suno" junction (look out for our sign for "Fanos Farm"). Continue on the SP 22 road and after 2 km, you will reach a small square. Take a right for a short distance and then immediately turn left onto via Marconi (look for our sign) which becomes via Piana after 2 km (continue past the "End of Suno" sign). Once you pass a small bridge, the asphalt road ends and the country road begins. Fanos Farm, a large white farmhouse, will be the first building on your right.
If you are coming from the A4 motorway between Milan and Turin, take the "Novara Est" exit and follow the SS 32 road towards "Malpensa", "Lago Maggiore", and "Oleggio". In Oleggio, continue towards "Valsesia", "Borgomanero", and "Momo" on the SP 17 road. In Castelletto di Momo, turn right towards "Vaprio d’Agogna" and "Suno" on the SP 19 road. In Suno, at the end of a street lined with trees, turn onto via Marconi which becomes via Piana. Continue for 2 km, even after passing the "End of Suno" sign. After a small bridge, the asphalt road ends and the country road begins. Fanos Farm, a large white farmhouse, will be the first building on your right.
If you are traveling from Milan Malpensa Airport, head towards Novara and then follow the same directions mentioned above from Oleggio.
If you are coming from Milan Linate Airport, it is approximately 70 km away.
