Description for B&B:

COVID-19: Ensuring your well-being and comfort is our top priority. We take extensive measures to clean and disinfect all surfaces and linens between each rental.

Welcome to our "Le Sablon" lodging, classified as a 3-star "Gîtes de France" establishment, available for you all year round. With a capacity for 2 people (+1 baby), it combines the charm of traditional features such as exposed beams, stone walls, and real wooden parquet, with the modern comforts of a recent renovation (completed in early 2019) and high-quality furnishings.

To ensure a stress-free start to your stay, we provide basic essentials such as soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, sponges, etc., and the beds are already made upon your arrival.

The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, and raclette machine. You will find a wide range of kitchen utensils at your disposal.

The living room features a television and a selection of board games and wooden games for children.

The shower room includes a double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

We provide an iron and ironing board, as well as fans for your convenience.

The cozy bedroom offers new "Queen size" bedding with mattress toppers for added comfort. The entire bedding is anti-dust mite, and we provide quality linen from "Tradition des Vosges".

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We offer rental services for towels (including bathrobes) at a rate of 5 euros per person. Additionally, a baby kit is available for rental at a rate of 5 euros per stay, including an umbrella bed with a sheet, changing mat, bath, and high chair.

On the property, you will have access to a courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a parasol. There is also a covered terrace with a gas plancha, creating a private space for you to relax and enjoy.

During winter, a covered sports area is available, equipped with a bike, elliptical, weights, and more. In summer, we provide "small sports equipment" at the reception, and there are numerous walking paths starting from the lodging.

For relaxation enthusiasts, we offer an indoor relaxation area with a spa, offering balneotherapy, aromatherapy, and light therapy. Daytime sessions from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm are priced at 20 euros per session, including a private area and bath towels (each session lasts 1 hour). Evening sessions from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm are priced at 50 euros per session, including a private area, a bottle of "Grande Réserve" or "Blanc de Blancs" champagne, candles, and bath towels (each session lasts 1 hour).

To enhance our spa offering, we have partnered with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse to provide personalized treatments (massages, lymphatic drainage, reflexology) in the comfort of the gîte. Prices are available upon request.

In collaboration with a local Champagne house, we can arrange a "Discovery of Champagne" tour for you, including visits to a vineyard plot, a wine cooperative, and a tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar (duration: 2.5 hours) at a rate of 25 euros per person. Various Champagne Chalmet cuvées are available in the fridge at the gîte (prices can be consulted on-site).

Please note that while the gîte is attached to the owner's house, it is completely independent and autonomous.
