Description:Enjoy our affordable rates during the low season! For only 280 euros per week, you can have a delightful stay at our charming gite. This special rate applies during school holidays such as Halloween, Carnival, and Easter. If you prefer to visit during other times of the year, the weekly rate is still very reasonable at 290 euros.
During the high season, which includes the months of July, August, and December, our rates are slightly higher at 350 euros per week. However, you'll find that the experience is well worth it.
If you're looking for a shorter stay, we offer a minimum of two weekend nights at a rate of 80 euros per night. This allows you to enjoy a quick getaway and experience the beauty of our surroundings.
Please note that for rentals between 1st November and 31st March, we require an additional fee of 50 euros for heating purposes. This ensures your comfort during the colder months.
To make a reservation, we kindly request a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival at the gite. Additionally, we ask for a deposit of 150 euros upon check-in to cover any potential damages.

Impeccable
En pleine saison nous avons réservé cet " appartement". Il est situé dans une rue tres calme. L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, superbement équipé, même du nécessaire de toilette, necessaire de nettoyage, linge de lit, ... La propriétaire est bien sympathique et présente si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et en ferons bonne publicité.

In the middle of the charming village of Neubois, nestled at the beginning of the valley of Villé, lies a house waiting to be discovered. Neubois, a village in the heart of Alsace, is located at the edge of the forest and at the foot of the Vosges Mountains. With a population of 700 inhabitants, it serves as an ideal starting point for various hiking trails, the famous wine route circuit, and visits to numerous castles. One of the most well-known castles, Ht Koenigsbourg, is just a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, during winter, you can enjoy skiing within a 30-minute drive and explore the festive Christmas markets that Alsace is renowned for.
