The lake, with its 12 km reservoir, boasts beautiful small sandy beaches and various water activities. The central location of Gîte Sant Venter makes it an ideal base for exploring Brittany. Despite its rural setting, the cottage is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from shops, restaurants, an indoor pool, a tourist office, and a market. Situated in a peaceful rural area with hills, fields, small streams, lakes, and forests, the cottage is also near a charming small chapel called Saint Venter. Additionally, children will have the opportunity to visit the farm of the owners, who live just 600m from the cottage. The cottage features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons, plus one baby.
