This cozy duplex studio cottage measures 25m² and is perfect for 2 people. It is situated in the renovated old bread oven of a traditional winegrowers house, blending the charm of the past with modern comforts. The cottage is classified as a 2-star accommodation by Atout France, labeled with 2 keys from Clévacances, and recognized by the "Valeurs natural regional park" certification.

On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room equipped with a TV and WiFi. Adjacent to it is a kitchenette with a fridge, ceramic hob, and multifunction microwave oven. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Accessed via a secure millers ladder, the bedroom is located on the first floor under the attic. Please note that this may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, tall stature, or claustrophobia. The bedroom features a bed measuring 180 X 200 or (2 x 90 x 200) according to your preference, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

Guests have access to a spacious courtyard furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. At the back of the property, on a fully enclosed 40-ares plot, there is a pétanque court, additional garden furniture, parking space, and a heated swimming pool available during the season (not in winter). The cottage is located in a typical Lorraine village, nestled in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, offering tranquility and serenity.

Its central location, forming a triangle with the cities of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an excellent base for exploring the region. Within a 3 to 5 km radius, you will find a variety of shops to cater to your needs. We are always available to assist you during your stay and can provide maps and various documents to help you discover the beauty of our region.

Please note that our calendar on this site is regularly updated to reflect availability. For weekly rentals, the price ranges from 250 to 280 euros, with rentals during July and August available only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Alternatively, we offer mid-week rentals (4 nights) for 180 euros, with arrivals on Monday or Tuesday, and weekend rentals (2 nights) for 130 euros.

A tourist tax of 0.99€ per person over 18 years old is applicable per day. All amenities and services are included in the price, including sheets and towels upon arrival (excluding swimming pool towels). Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required. We also offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning package for 40 euros. A refundable deposit of 200 euros is also required. Please note that only the number of individuals declared at the time of booking will be accepted in the accommodation and its surroundings. The premises, particularly the swimming pool, cannot be privatized for parties or other events.

Please be informed that we no longer accept bookings from companies. Additionally, we have a separate gîte on-site that can accommodate up to 3 people.

Please note that this may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, tall individuals, or those who are claustrophobic. The bedroom is furnished with a bed (180 X 200) or (2 x 90 x 200) depending on your preference. Rest assured, the beds will be made upon your arrival.

Outside, you have access to a spacious courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. The premises also include a fully enclosed area of 40 ares, where you will find a pétanque court, additional garden furniture, parking, and our seasonally heated swimming pool (not available in winter).

Our cottage is located in a picturesque Lorraine village within the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Its central location, forming a triangle between Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding region.

You will find all types of shops within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers. We are here to assist you with any requests during your stay and provide you with maps and information to help you discover the beauty of our region.

Rates:
- Weekly rental: from 250 to 280 euros. Please note that during July and August, rentals are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Mid-week rental (4 nights): 180 euros, with arrivals on Monday or Tuesday.
- Weekend rental (2 nights): 130 euros.
- Tourist tax: 0.90 euros per person over 18 years old, per day.

All-inclusive: Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, except for swimming pool towels. Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

Si vous partez de Paris, prenez l'autoroute A4 en direction des régions nord et ouest et prenez la sortie Fresnes en Woëvre. Pour vous rendre vers le sud ou le sud-est, empruntez l'autoroute A31 et prenez la sortie Toul en direction de Verdun. Les gares TGV les plus proches sont Meuse TGV et Lorraine TGV.
