On the first floor, you will find three guest rooms spread across two suites, accommodating a total of six people with the option of an additional extra bed. The Morocco suite features a bedroom equipped with a king-size double bed, a walk-in shower room, a separate living room, and a private WC. The Rétro & Azur Suite consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be twinned, a walk-in shower room, and a private WC.

On the ground floor, guests have access to the living room and the dining room, where breakfasts and table d'hôte meals are served.

The exterior of the property offers a terrace with a shaded dining area and a summer lounge, an above-ground swimming pool under adult supervision, a Mediterranean garden, and a vegetable patch.

At the bottom of the garden, there is a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, barbecue, stove with oven, and fridge, allowing guests to prepare their own meals to enjoy on-site or take away (with a shaded table available).

We provide various amenities including WiFi, a hairdryer, indoor games, badminton, a high chair, and a baby cot. Additionally, we offer a welcome booklet with information about local activities, places to visit, restaurants, wineries, and cultural events.

There is a large car park located 20 meters away from the property. We also offer wellness massage sessions and body relaxation and awakening workshops, supervised by our certified practitioner and trainer, Mélanie.

Furthermore, we have partnerships for bike rentals, horseback riding, winery visits, and wine tasting.

David, Mélanie, and their 10-year-old daughter are delighted to welcome you and will adjust their availability to meet your needs. Feel free to contact us for more information (preferably via landlines).

There is the possibility to park in front of the house for unloading luggage, and a car park located 20 meters away, where you can also find a pharmacy and a children's park.

The village itself offers a variety of shops and services, including a fantastic bar restaurant, a doctor, a pharmacy, a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacco/press shop, a butcher, a bar, a decoration store, a haberdashery, and a post office. Additionally, there are plenty of activities to enjoy both in the village and the surrounding area.

Major cities such as Narbonne and Béziers (with train stations) are around 30 minutes away by car, while the beach is approximately 40 minutes away. The mountain of the St Pons valley is a 45-minute drive, and Montpellier (with an airport) is just one hour away, as is the border with Spain.

Located a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi, this ancient Languedoc wine-growing village is steeped in history. Between the sea, mountains, and scrubland, Occitania is an authentic region renowned for its remarkable heritage and landscapes.

This area invites you to discover its local gastronomy, its finest terroirs, and its wine estates in the Rhône Gard, Corbières, Minervois, Faugère, and Roussillon regions.

For lovers of history and vast open spaces, there are numerous villages, cities, Cathar castles, natural parks, and Mediterranean coasts to explore.

Let's not forget one of the region's greatest treasures: its inhabitants, who bring it to life while preserving its culture through traditional festivals, crafts, and a diverse range of activities such as hiking, sailing, and canoeing.
