Welcome to our villa in La Colle sur Loup, just 3 kms from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a short 17 km drive from Nice and the airport. We have three beautiful rooms available for our guests, all located on the garden floor. Each room features its own terrace, air conditioning, a private bath or shower room with a toilet, a television with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our guests are also welcome to enjoy our swimming pool and sun beds, as well as our jeu-de-boules field. The property offers stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite its peaceful location, the villa is just a few minutes away from the village.

Start your day with a French breakfast in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces. We provide parking within our closed garden. The minimum stay is 2 nights, but during July and August, it is extended to 3 nights. Check-in is between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., while check-out is between 08:00 and 10:30 a.m.

Please note that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, and we do not allow pets.
